We only confirm reservation after payment of 50% of the total in the case of standard rates or 100%, for non-refundable rates.
Booking confirmation payments are accepted with credit card only.
Atlantica reserves the right to cancel the booking if the guest's credit card is not able to pay via online payment transactions.
Children under 12
We do not accept children under the age of 12. Our Lodge is located in an isolated place on steep terrain with many stairways, decks and ramps. We have neither a playground nor monitors for children.
Reservations cancelled at least 15 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded in full, minus a 5% of the total of the reservation, as a cancellation fee.
If cancellations are received later than 15 days before the arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, 50% of the full reservation price will be charged.
Does not allow changes or cancellations.
Extra bed policy
30% of regular room rate will be charged for an extra bed.
- Fees are for up to two guests per room for one night. Reservations for a minimum of two nights will be accepted
- Extra bed charge is 30% of room fee
- Fees include breakfast. full use of kayaks, beach towels and chairs, sun umbrella and diving masks
- We do not charge a service fee
- Check-in is from 1.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m.
- Check-out is at 11.00 a.m.
- Prices subject to change without advance warning
- Early check-ins or late check-outs will depend on room availability and inquiry ahead of time with our reception desk.
We do not accept pets of any kind.
