Standard Rate
Payment policy
The reservation is confirmed upon advance payment of 50% of the total accommodation amount.
The remaining balance (50%) is due at check-in.
Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation, amounts paid are non-refundable.
Cancellations informed more than 7 days prior to check-in may, at the sole discretion of the lodge, result in the issuance of a credit letter:
• personal and non-transferable
• valid for 120 days
• corresponding to the number of nights and room category originally booked
Cancellations informed less than 7 days prior to check-in do not entitle the guest to a refund or a credit letter.
Non-Refundable Rate
Payment policy

Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation, amounts paid are non-refundable.
Cancellations informed more than 14 days prior to check-in may, at the sole discretion of the lodge, result in the issuance of a credit letter:
• personal and non-transferable
• valid for 90 days
• corresponding to the number of nights and room category originally booked
Cancellations informed less than 14 days prior to check-in do not entitle the guest to a refund or a credit letter.

The policies described above apply exclusively to reservations made directly through this website.
Reservations made through travel agencies, tour operators or online platforms are subject to the specific policies of each channel.
Children
For safety and structural reasons, our property is intended exclusively for adults and teenagers aged 12 and over.
Room Allocation Policy
The property has four accommodation units, numbered according to their position on the premises, and distributed into three categories:
• 1 Forest View unit (Room #4)
• 2 Ocean Front units (Rooms #2 and #3)
• 1 Superior Ocean Front unit (Room #5)
Each reservation guarantees exclusively the selected room category at the time of confirmation.
When booking the Ocean Front category, it is not possible to guarantee a specific room. Any reference to a room number will be treated as a preference only. The assignment between Rooms #2 and #3 is determined by the property at check-in, subject to availability.
The Forest View (Room #4) and Superior Ocean Front (Room #5) categories each correspond to specific units within the property.
Room #5 (Superior Ocean Front) stands out for its more open sea view and its more secluded position.
Requests for category changes are subject to availability and possible rate adjustments.
General information
Reservations are accepted with a minimum stay of two nights.
Rates include breakfast.
Check-in: from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Check-out: until 11:00 am.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be requested in advance with reception.
Prices refer to the rates in effect at the time of booking. Future rates may be changed without prior notice.
Extra bed: upon prior request and subject to availability, an additional charge of 30% of the room’s daily rate per night will apply.
Pets are not allowed.
Statement of agreement
By proceeding with the reservation, the guest declares having read, understood, and fully agreed to all rates, policies, and conditions described above.
